More recently, I have used mindmeister with the students to create mind maps. The children were able to work in small groups to collaborate on the same mind map. A very engaging tool for students.
In Year 3 during one of my intervention times, Joan had her students use spreadsheet to tally data. The students were then able to export this data to create different types of graphs. They were thrilled with this discovery.
Students regularly use presentation for many aspects of their inquiry based learning such as genius hour. They have enjoyed animating their slides, attaching images, etc. as they work in groups.
I have set up a Google Form reflection for the students to complete after an activity but I haven't shared it with them. I plan to use this as part of my assessment and feedback in the classroom.

At our most recent staff development day, held with two other schools, we were able to create a joint presentation, across schools prior to the day, without having to be in the presence of one another.
Google docs are amazing and they have totally changed the way we are able to create and collaborate.
